DOGGY STAY GUIDE

Only dogs with regular health records and in compliance with the necessary vaccinations are allowed in the rooms that have been dedicated to pet accommodation. A surcharge of €15.00 per day is charged for their stay and is subject to the most scrupulous observance of the rules.
Dogs are allowed to walk in the hotel garden, but must be kept on a leash, under penalty of sanction by the city administration. The hotel does not provide meals and toys. The owner must have all the necessary equipment to avoid damage to furniture and avoid prolonged barking that might disturb other guests.
You must walk the dog out of the hotel for droppings, and droppings must be removed with the appropriate tools. In case the dog soils the room or elsewhere, the owner is required to clean up. The dog must be cleaned at all times and before returning to the room so as not to make it difficult to clean during the stay. Upon arrival at the hotel, please arrange with the front desk the schedule for the morning room cleaning and evening cleaning, which should be done without the presence of the dog in the room.
It is strictly forbidden to bring the dog into the common areas, restaurant and SPA. It is forbidden to let the dog on the bed, sofa, chairs, etc., and it is not allowed to use the bedding or towels for the pet’s care. Any damage caused by the dog is the complete responsibility of the owner.
